Unfortunately, direct sales are not possible. As an industrial company, our core expertise lies in the design and production of furniture.

Our furniture is produced in Germany at four locations in Bad Oeynhausen and Porta Westfalica (North Rhine-Westphalia).

Icon FAQHow sustainable is Schildmeyer's production?

We are the fourth generation of our family to produce high-quality bathroom and small furniture at our four locations in Germany. It is particularly important to us to do this responsibly for the environment and nature. This includes the use of wood-based materials of verifiable origin.

Schildmeyer has been involved in climate protection and the use of renewable energies for a number of years. In recent years, the company has invested in two combined heat and power plants, LED lighting and photovoltaics.

Icon FAQHow is the mechanical safety of Schildmeyer furniture ensured?

The safety of our customers is our top priority. All Schildmeyer furniture is produced in accordance with DIN EN 14749 and the instructions for use in accordance with the latest version of EN 82079.

Our furniture is tested at irregular intervals by independent, accredited testing institutes.

Please be sure to observe all safety instructions in the assembly instructions!

We grant our trade partners a guarantee of up to 2 years in the event of a justified complaint. However, normal signs of use and swelling damage are excluded from this.

Icon FAQIs Schildmeyer furniture delivered assembled or disassembled?

In order to meet the requirements of the parcel services and to make optimum use of our storage space, our furniture is delivered disassembled. Each item is supplied with easy-to-understand and illustrated assembly instructions.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to book an assembly service with us.

Icon FAQHow long is the delivery time for Schildmeyer furniture?

Information on delivery times can be obtained from our retail partners in your area or directly on the product pages in the shops of our online partners.

Icon FAQAre you interested in a product that is currently not available?

We update the availability of our products with our partners on a daily basis. If a product is not in stock, it takes a few weeks for it to be back in stock.

You would have to track the availability of delivery in furniture stores or online shops individually.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact your seller. They will be happy to help you.

Icon FAQWhat can I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?

For data protection reasons, please first contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product if you have a complaint or in the event of a faulty or incorrect delivery. They will contact us and we will endeavour to solve the problem as quickly as possible by arranging delivery of the required spare parts or organising a replacement for you if necessary.

The order may be split into several parcels if this is required by the parcel requirements of our shipping service providers. We always dispatch orders in full. Due to different transport routes in some cases, parcels may be delivered on different days.
